Mr. Edwards was awarded the 2012 Pro Bono Award from the Service Members and Veterans in Law, and recognition in 2014 from the U.S. Department of the Army for his services. Mr. Edwards has also been awarded Top Young Attorney (2012) by Columbia Living Magazine, Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers, Rising Star by Super Lawyers, and has received an AV rating of Preeminent; the highest rating possible in both legal ability and ethical standards, by Martindale-Hubbell.

James Edward Bradley | Managing Partner

Moore Taylor’s managing partner, James Edward (Ward) Bradley, practices commercial, personal injury and insurance law, including litigation for plaintiffs and defendants. He regularly represents lawyers, judges, doctors, accountants, banks and small and large companies.

Mr. Bradley is a member of the South Carolina Bar’s Board of Governors and Judicial Screening Committee, and is president-elect of the Richland County Bar Association. He also is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and has an AV Martindale rating. His peers also have recognized him as a Super Lawyer in the national Super Lawyer magazine.

Ward, a lifelong resident of the Columbia and Irmo area, received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Davidson College in 1990 and is a 1993 graduate of the USC School of Law, where he is a regular presenter on trial techniques to practicing attorneys and students.

Ward also serves his community as a board member for the Salkehatchie Summer Service Project of the United Methodist Church and as a Sunday school teacher at Shandon Presbyterian Church. C. Vance Stricklin, Jr., is a partner in the Moore Taylor Law Firm, P.A. and served two years as the managing partner. His practice focuses primarily on family law, including domestic litigation. He has been practicing in the Family Courts for 20 years.

A Dreher High School graduate, Mr. Stricklin graduated from Winthrop University in 1991, with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy/Religion, and in 1994, graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

He has served as the Past President of the Lexington County Bar, and Past President of the South Carolina Bar Family Law Section Council. He is a current member of the South Carolina Bar Family Law Section Council, South Carolina Supreme Court Docket Task Force, and is the Chairperson for the South Carolina Bar Family Law Section Council’s Subcommittee on Alimony. Mr. Stricklin also served for several years as a member of the Lexington County Public Defender Board, and is a long-time member of the South Carolina Association of Justice.

Over the years, Mr. Stricklin was named several times as one of the “Midlands Legal Elite” by the Columbia Business Monthly magazine and has been selected by his peers as one of the Super Lawyers by Super Lawyer magazine. Mr. Stricklin is a frequent speaker at Continuing Legal Education seminars on the topic of family law, with an emphasis on alimony issues, and in the past, taught classes for new judges.

Stanley L. Myers practices personal injury, worker’s compensation, criminal defense and military law. He is a 1998 graduate of The Citadel, where he now is a member of the Board of Visitors, and is a 2003 graduate of the David A. Clarke School of Law at the University of the District of Columbia.

Mr. Myers is a member of the South Carolina Bar, South Carolina Trial Lawyers and the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He also has been named a Young Lawyer of the Year by the American Board of Trial Attorneys. He was selected by his peers as a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers magazine and was inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates in 2016.

Mr. Myers deployed as a Captain with the 218th Infantry Brigade to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He is now a Lieutenant Colonel and serves as the Staff Judge Advocate (SJA) for 59th Troop Command at McEntire Joint National Guard Base.

She also is the incorporating attorney, a member of, and is a past president of the S.C. Bankruptcy Law Association.

Jane represents creditors, debtors and unsecured creditor committees in chapter 7, 9, 11, 12 and 13 business and consumer cases, including bankruptcy litigation. She is on the list of mediators with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina. Christian G. Spradley’s practice includes a wide range of areas with emphasis on criminal defense, family law, personal injury and local government. He operates the Saluda office for Moore Taylor and serves as the attorney for Saluda County.

Mr. Spradley has served as a State Prosecutor for the Eleventh Circuit Solicitor’s Office where he became the first prosecutor for the Lexington County Multi-Agency Narcotics Enforcement Team. He has also served as the municipal judge for the Town of Ridge Spring. He has been a speaker at seminars directed at the prosecution and defense of criminal matters as well as magistrate classes.

Amber Cary Fulmer | Associate

Amber Cary Fulmer practices family law. A graduate of Batesburg-Leesville High School, Mrs. Fulmer attended the University of South Carolina where she earned her undergraduate degree in Public Relations with a minor in Business Administration, magna cum laude in 2008.
